\u52a0\u4e2d\u5730\u4ea7\u6295\u8d44\u603b\u5546\u4f1a (CCRPA) \u4e8e2006\u5e74\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5730\u4ea7\u754c\u534e\u4eba\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u58eb\u7684\u53d1\u8d77\u4e0b\u6b63\u5f0f\u6210\u7acb\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u5bb6\u975e\u76c8\u5229\u673a\u6784, \u5546\u4f1a\u59cb\u7ec8\u79c9\u627f\u7740\u4e3a\u534e\u4eba\u793e\u533a\u7684\u5730\u4ea7\u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u58eb\u548c\u516c\u53f8\u642d\u5efa\u4ea4\u6d41\u4e0e\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u5b97\u65e8,\u7acb\u5fd7\u4e8e\u4e0e\u4f1a\u5458\u4eec\u643a\u624b\u5171\u540c\u5f00\u62d3\u66f4\u4e3a\u5e7f\u9614\u7684\u5929\u5730\u3002\u5546\u4f1a\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u753184\u4f4d\u6765\u81ea\u5730\u4ea7\u754c\u3001\u91d1\u878d\u754c\u3001\u5de5\u5546\u754c\u3001\u5b66\u672f\u754c\u548c\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u6784\u7684\u6770\u51fa\u4eba\u58eb\u7ec4\u6210\uff0c\u5546\u4f1a\u603b\u90e8\u8bbe\u5728\u591a\u4f26\u591a\u3002<\/p>\n
