On January 23, 2026, the press conference for the 20th Anniversary Awards Charity Gala 2026 hosted by the Canada-China Realty Professional Association (CCRPA), proudly title-sponsored by Kweichow Moutai, was held in grand fashion at the Auric King Chinese Restaurant in Markham.
The press conference received gift sponsorship from Aline Cabinetry Service (Canada). Nearly one hundred distinguished guests gathered for the occasion, including leaders from Canada’s real estate industry, community representatives, CCRPA members and directors, sponsors, and the media, to witness this historic milestone marking CCRPA’s 20th anniversary.
Recognized as one of the largest and most influential annual events within Chinese Canadian community in Canada, the CCRPA Anniversary Awards Charity Gala is widely regarded as the “Oscars” of the real estate and related business sectors. Each year, the event attracts more than a thousand professionals, industry leaders and business partners, with its impact extending across the Greater Toronto Area and throughout Canada.
Celebrating 20 Years of Excellence and Giving Back
The year 2026 marks the 20th anniversary of CCRPA’s founding. To celebrate two decades of outstanding contributions to Canadian society and the real estate industry — while further fulfilling CCRPA’s commitment to donate one million dollars to charitable causes — CCRPA President Steven Sun officially announced that:
On Sunday, April 12, 2026, CCRPA will host the “CCRPA 20th Anniversary Awards Charity Gala 2026” at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre, with title sponsorship support from Kweichow Moutai.
This year’s event will bring together hundreds of real estate and related enterprises from across the Greater Toronto Area, along with nearly one thousand real estate professionals, business leaders & partners, and industry elites. The gala aims to inspire excellence, recognize achievement, and uphold social responsibility, while raising one million dollars for senior community charities as a meaningful way to give back to society.

President Sun noted:
Despite a challenging economic climate in Canada, ongoing pressures in the real estate market, and increasing industry competition, this event carries extraordinary significance for both the real estate sector and CCRPA. Thanks to the collective efforts of our Board of Directors and the strong support of community partners, sponsorship outreach officially began on January 12. In just ten days, CCRPA has secured participation from over 100 sponsors, with total sponsorship commitments already exceeding CAD $320,000.00 — a milestone achievement for the upcoming Awards Charity Gala.

He further emphasized that since its founding in 2006, CCRPA has upheld the core values of mutual respect, seeking common ground while reserving differences, fair competition, and shared growth, and has been dedicated to building a broad development platform for real estate and related industries. Over two decades, CCRPA has grown into one of the most influential non-profit professional organizations in Toronto and across Canada.

Banggu Jiang (Lawyer), Former President and Honorary President of CCRPA, spoke on behalf of the organizing committee to thank sponsors, board members, committee members, and volunteers for their dedication. She noted that CCRPA has consistently demonstrated social responsibility through charitable engagement. Just last month, CCRPA was the first organization within the Chinese community to initiate donations for victims of a fire in Hong Kong, with more than seventy directors contributing over CAD $22,000 in relief funds.
