Two Decades of Perseverance, Establishing an Industry Benchmark
In his speech, Steven Sun, President of the Canada-China Realty Professional Association (CCRPA), stated that in celebration of the 20th anniversary of CCRPA, to recognize outstanding industry professionals, boost industry morale, and fulfill the charitable commitment of donating CAD $1 million to senior communities, the Association specially organized this charity awards gala, presented by Kweichow Moutai. He pointed out that since its founding in 2006, CCRPA has consistently upheld the principles of “mutual respect, seeking common ground while reserving differences, fair competition, and shared development,” and has continuously built a high-quality development platform for the real estate and related industries. After twenty years of development, the Association now has more than 500 corporate members and over 16,000 individual members, covering the entire industry chain including real estate, development, finance, legal, construction, design, home furnishing, and appliances, and has become one of the most influential industry organizations in Canada. President Steven Sun further noted that the current real estate market is facing the greatest pressure and uncertainty in the past thirty years, and that CCRPA, together with other three-tier real estate associations, has actively participated in communication with all three levels of government in Canada over the past two years, playing a positive role in proposing and seeking practical solutions, and has achieved remarkable results.
The CCRPA Top Producers Charity Awards Gala has now developed into one of the largest annual events within the Chinese Canadian community. This year’s event brought together hundreds of real estate companies from the Greater Toronto Area and nearly one thousand industry elites, and while recognizing outstanding achievements, it also actively fulfilled social responsibility by raising funds for senior communities, delivering warmth and care.
